Pick orders without losing traceability

An order picker must identify the correct items, follow quantities and report discrepancies before dispatch. For applications abroad, describe tools you have used, such as scanners or warehouse management systems, and your experience with packing or checking; show how you maintain accuracy while following the site’s instructions on work pace and safe handling.

Check physical conditions and shift patterns

Food, clothing and industrial warehouses can involve very different conditions. Ask about working temperature, loads handled, shifts and transport to the site, then check equipment-related training or authorisation requirements; distinguish manual picking from a forklift role and identify the skills you actually hold rather than treating every warehouse position as the same occupation.
