Make the conversation technically reliable
Confirm the time zone, interview language and participants when the invitation arrives. Test the link, microphone and camera on the equipment you will use on the day, and keep a backup contact method available. Arrange a quiet space and brief notes, avoiding a written script that would make it harder to respond naturally to the interviewer.
Show how you would work with the team
Prepare two concrete examples explaining your decisions, results and collaboration with people from different backgrounds. During the interview, ask about the assignment, team organisation and selection stages. If a question is unclear in the language being used, restate it before answering, then confirm the practical arrangements agreed with the recruiter in a short follow-up message.
